This program makes it easy to connect eligible clients with a primary care physician (PCP). It compensates you for the services provided related to scheduling a first appointment and is not a referral program. Your clients are eligible if they are on an in-network Medicare Advantage plan and have not seen a CenterWell™ PCP in the last 12 months.

Use CenterWell's online scheduling or a live warm transfer phone call to coordinate care in as little as 15
minutes. We reduce wait times so you can spend more time helping clients.
When you help a client schedule their first appointment, you’ll earn a scheduling fee.* That’s right: You get rewarded when your clients do something great for their health.

How do we know?
It took the better part of a year for Integrity Legal and Humana to hash out the contract for this program before our agency was permitted to  participate.
You can rest assured, as long as you watch the compliance video ANNUALLY, everything is completely vetted and compliant.

TROUBLESHOOTING

I booked my client's appointment, why didn't I get paid?

1. • If you have not completed the training and attestation and schedule your clients first appointment through the online portal or call the phone number
2. • You call the front desk and schedule the appointment.
3. • If your client is not on a MA/MAPD
4. • If your client calls the front desk and schedules the appointment
5. • If you send your clients information to a Community Engagement Professional and they schedule the appointment for you
   
6. • If your clients has been to CenterWell in the last 365 days
7. • If scheduling your own appointment

OK, so what do I do about it?

If the 7 situations above don't apply to you, all you need is your client's name to submit an inquiry HERE.
Your request will be sent to both Carothers Marketing Department and CenterWell for review. Please allow several days for a response.

Why would this happen?

It could be a tech malfunction (e.g. your appointment doesn't link to our agency) -or-could be human error! Maybe a box didn't get clicked an alert wasn't toggled in some part of the process. Either way, we can figure it out once you submit the form!

What's the most you've seen a broker get paid in this program?

I can't give precise details for obvious reasons, but the largest was 5-figures. There are several participants who reach 4-figure monthly payouts regularly! It can be quite an income boost if you want it to be.
