Use these Tools to Register and Advertise your Events, Seminars, and Marketing Materials.
1. BRAND STANDARDS TAB: Brand Standards apply to our agency brands. Before you can use our logos (or have your designer use them), you must review that you have read the guidelines for use, sign the attestation.
2. EVENT REGISTRATION TAB: If you're planning a Sales Seminar, Educational Event, or community activities to attract customers, you can request CMS registration and Event Advertising through YIA channels. Please submit at least 6 weeks prior to your event date.
3. MARKETING LOG: This is where all Medicare and ACA advertising is submitted. Even if it's already approved by a carrier, we need to keep all pieces on record - per CMS.
This is also where you submit any piece using Your Insurance Agency or Your Insurance Agent brands for marketing approval.
You can also request prints of any 8.5x11' pieces. Enter the amount and our office will call you when they are ready for pick-up!
